Rubicon Horizontal Heat Exchanger 8500 Sq. Ft., Stainless Tubes, Heavy-Duty Use. 51" diameter X 26' face to face length. Carbon Steel Shell rated 110/FV @ -20 to 650 F. (1294) 304L tubes rated 110/FV @-20 to 550 F. Has 304L tubesheets and carbon steel heads. Fittings: (2) 16" inlet/outlet, (2) 3/4" vent/drain, (1) 18" inlet, (1) 14" outlet, (4) 3/4" vent/drain, (2) 2" acid wash, and (1) 6" flush out. NB# 1959, S/N 3387-1A. Built 2007.

Large Capacity 10,000 Gallon 304L Stainless Steel Process Tank

Used 304L Stainless Steel Tank, Approximately 8,500 gallon. Tank measures approximately 110" diameter x 197" straight sidewall with a 15" cone bottom and is supported by (4) 48" legs. Features a cone bottom with center outlet, (6) 2" top fittings, and (1) 2" bottom outlet for process connections. The tank previously held a non-toxic latex solution and has been cleaned out. The tank was originally insulated, but the insulation has been removed, leaving the stainless steel exterior exposed.

Also includes side bottom manway with cover. Vessel is fully insulated with foam and outer shroud. Previously used at juice facility. 304 SS

Serial # SC-16071. Shop order # 71975. Built 1996. No National Board #, unit is U stamped.

Used- Davis Standard 9" Extruder, Model 80IN80HT. 32:1 L/D ratio; (7) zone electrically heated, water cooled (closed loop), and vented barrel at a 44" center-line; 10.15:1 Gearbox reduction ratio; Gearbox rated at 1080 HP at a service factor of 1.5; Gearbox is direct driven in a wrap-around manner by a 900 HP Reliance Super RPM D/C motor; Liquid cooling system with heat exchanger for gearbox protection; 16" x 9 1/2" on center feed throat entrance; PSI continuous screen changer w/ stand is mounted on the extruder discharge. 16" x 9.5" feed throat with magnet; 52,000 lbs. extruder weight; 1,000 lbs. motor weight. Rare opportunity to purchase an extruder of this size. Per Davis Standard the thrust bearing rating is actually 1,468,000 pounds or 665,874 kgs. Unit was miss tagged at the factory. Serial# AA454. Built 2001. Last used in the extrusion of PP sheet. SCR and temperature control panel not included.
