Used Adco horizontal manual load cartoner, Model 15D105-EC, capable of speeds up to approximately 125 cartons per minute. Features adjustable centers with 12" centers, a 9-5/8" wide conveyor, 6' manual load area and 36" inclined gravity-fed carton hopper. Carton size range is 1" to 9-1/2" length x 3/4" to 3" width x 5" to 12" depth. Equipped with hot melt glue closure using a Nordson MicroSet hot melt glue unit. Electrical requirements are 230 Volt, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 25 Amp. Possible applications include manual-load secondary packaging for food, pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer goods and other products packed into glued folding cartons.
