8,300-Gallon Mueller 304 Stainless Fermentation Tank Large-Capacity Jacketed Process Vessel. Vessel features a dome top and cone bottom with approximately 117" internal diameter x 143" straight side x 267" overall height. Internal vessel is rated for 14.9 psi at 100 F. Equipped with a three-zone cooling jacket consisting of two sidewall cooling zones and one cone-bottom cooling zone, rated for 100 psi at 100 F. Includes a 16" cone-bottom manway, 3" center bottom outlet, and four-leg support mounting. Serial # 294433-1, built 2010.

Used Mix S.R.L. MXC2400 Plow Mixer – 2400L (85 cu.ft.) | SS Contact | 30 HP | Jacketed | Built 2006

Used- Mix S.R.L 2400 liter (85 cu.ft.) total capacity plow mixer with inside dimensions of 47.24" ID x 80.71" long. Model number MXC2400. Stainless steel contact parts. No choppers. Two side doors. Motor is 30 hp 60 HZ 480/830 vac 3 ph. Jacket rated for 2 bar at 4 to 38 degrees C. Bottom has two tri-clamp nozzles 2.5" and two 1" RFSP flanges. Bottom discharge is 16" x 18" square with cylinder operated open/close. Middle has two large doors 23.62" x 19.680" square. And two 4" plate flange nozzles with butterfly valves with actuators ( these go to filters) amd one 8" RFSO with butterfly valves with actuators. Top has four 2.5" RFSO and one 1" RFSO. Back end has two 2" RFSO. Mixer sits on four load cells.Unit built in 2006. Serial number C484.

Unused Skidded CO2 Recycle Compressor – Ariel Frame, 85 HP, Stainless Steel, 865 PSI Rated

Unused- Skidded Co2 Recycle Compressor. Packaged by Toromont in 20062007 and stored by GE from 2007 to 2013, this unit was originally designed for recycle CO2 compression in a coal gasification project that was later canceled. It features an Ariel frame, model JGP 1 or 2, with a 3" stroke operating at 1800 RPM, driven by an 85 HP electric motor. The compressor includes a 4.75" cylinder, class JG, and is designed for a pressure of 865 psi. The systems piping, valves, fittings, and heat exchangers are primarily constructed from stainless steel and rated for 865 psi. It is currently configured as a single-cylinder compressor but is capable of being retrofitted for two-cylinder service.

Used C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank – 304 SS, ASME Rated

Used- C.E. Howard 850 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Tank. Constructed of 304 stainless steel. Vessel measures 5' diameter X 6-1/2' straight side with dished top and bottom (7''1" internal height from dish to dish). Internals includes (2) baffles and top entering agitator shaft with two sets of 2-blade paddles, driven by top mounted drive through gear reducer, 2 HP, 1700 RPM, 230/460V, 3/60Hz, SEW Eurodrive gear motor, resulting in 61 output RPM. Vessel is mounted on 3'3" high stainless steel legs. Top head includes 20" diameter manway, 8" diameter flanged connection for motor mounting and (4) 2" inlets. Bottom head includes 3" diameter center bottom outlet. Also includes 2" diameter jacket connections. Vessel is fully jacketed with dimpled jackets on straight side and bottom head, ASME rated jacket, rated for 75 PSI. Tank was used for beverage processing.

Large Capacity 10,000 Gallon 304L Stainless Steel Process Tank

Used 304L Stainless Steel Tank, Approximately 8,500 gallon. Tank measures approximately 110" diameter x 197" straight sidewall with a 15" cone bottom and is supported by (4) 48" legs. Features a cone bottom with center outlet, (6) 2" top fittings, and (1) 2" bottom outlet for process connections. The tank previously held a non-toxic latex solution and has been cleaned out. The tank was originally insulated, but the insulation has been removed, leaving the stainless steel exterior exposed.

Used 8,600 Gallon Stainless Steel Storage Tank – Food & Beverage Grade

Used- Approximate 8,600 Gallon 304 Stainless Steel Insulated Bulk Storage Tank, Vertical. Vessel measures 94" diameter X 288" straight side, sloped bottom leading to 3" diameter side bottom outlet.
