This unused Tarmac Int. Inc. heat exchanger is a high-performance thermal processing unit, never set up on the hot side, designed for handling particulate gases from solid combustion and clean combustion applications.
With a heat transfer surface area of 768 square feet, this unit delivers a total heat transfer rate of 1.8 MMBTU/hour. It is constructed from high-temperature stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to high heat environments.
The heat exchanger operates at a maximum hot gas inlet temperature of 662°F, achieving 64.3% efficiency. The hot-side outlet temperature is 249°F, making it ideal for energy recovery, industrial heat processing, and environmental control applications.
It features 11 GA 304 stainless steel casing with 18 GA 304 stainless steel expansion joints at three connections, 12 GA carbon steel cladding, and 3” x 3” carbon steel flanges, primed and painted for enhanced durability.
