Unused, installed and removed Southern Heat Exchanger Model 15-144 BEM horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger with 140.4 sq. ft. of heat transfer surface area and carbon steel construction. Carbon steel shell is rated for 700 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at -20 to 300 degrees F. Equipped with (61) carbon steel 3/4" diameter x 12' long x 12-gauge straight tubes rated for 198 pounds per square inch/full vacuum at -20 to 400 degrees F. Connections include (4) 2" shell-side openings and (2) 2" tube-side openings. Saddle mounted. Serial #01-041, National Board #10959, built 2001. Overall dimensions approximately 175"L x 40"W x 40"T with a weight of approximately 2,100 lbs. Possible applications include industrial process heating, cooling, condensing and heat recovery service with suitable process fluids compatible with carbon steel construction.
