Built to API oil industry quality standards, this in-line system nano-emulsifies up to 3 different liquids using on-board filters and a water coalescer to process fluids as delivered". Compact small footprint, user friendly controls, precise, efficient, low-cost production. Safe for flammable liquids -- Camlock hose quick-connections grounded for static electric safety with welded leak-proof stainless steel piping. All gear pumps are driven by costly feed-back controlled, variable speed motors to achieve precise real-time control of even viscous liquids over a wide turn-down flow range.
