Used- Myers Tri-Shaft Combination Disperser-Mixer-Emulsifier, Model V550/500EH-15-25, with approximately 100-gallon (375-liter) jacketed 304 stainless steel mixing vessel measuring 30" diameter x 36" straight side with dished top, flat bottom, 14 psi jacket rating, and internal vacuum rating. Equipped with three explosion-proof variable-speed drives totaling 55 HP: 15 HP three-wing anchor agitator with side and bottom scrapers, 25 HP high-speed paddle blade, and 15 HP third-shaft drive without mixing element. Motors are 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460 volt, with the anchor motor rated at 1765 rpm. Dual-post mounted with hydraulic lift pump. Serial #977. Suitable for high-viscosity mixing, dispersing, and emulsifying applications involving adhesives, sealants, inks, coatings, caulks, gels, creams, pastes, and pigmented dispersions.

Openings top: 16" manway with cover, 5" for agitator, 4", (2) 2", (2) 1.5". 3" Side bottom outlet, 3" bottom outlet, approximate 18" discharge height. Mounted on frames with (3) legs. Used 140 Cu Ft Dual Shaft Ribbon Blender – Stainless Steel Industrial Mixer

Used dual-shaft ribbon blender with approximately 150 cu. ft. / 1,100-gallon capacity and stainless steel construction. Unit features a dimple jacket, dual bottom discharge with (2) 10" ports, one for each screw. Dimensions of approximately 119" long x 46" high x 47" wide. Bottom of the blender sits approximately 12" off the ground. Unit is currently equipped with (2) 15 HP, 575V motors, which will be replaced with (2) used U.S.-voltage motors. Possible applications and suitable products include blending, mixing, and homogenizing compatible powders, granules, dry ingredients, and other bulk solid materials.

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank – Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior. Tank measures 5'4" diameter x 7' straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Features a 3" diameter center top opening reduced to 1.5", one additional 3" side top nozzle, and a 3" center bottom outlet with a secondary 2" side bottom nozzle. Includes a 20" x 16" oval side manway with an inward-swinging cover secured by a swing latch. Interior finish is polished stainless steel with clean seams and integral support welds. The tank is mounted on four stainless steel legs with adjustable footpads and includes a welded agitator mount (no agitation installed). External piping includes a mounted spray bar along one side.
