Used- ANIVI 8 x 15 Ball Mill Grinding System 370 HP Drive, Air Classifier & Dust Collection, Complete Zircon Milling Plant. Driven by 275 kW (370 HP) motor through 10:1 gear reducer, inside dimensions measure 2420mm diameter by 4500 mm long. Includes girth ring, trunnions, and spare motor. System includes Ramsey Weigh Belt Feeder, 600 mm wide, with load cells, controls, and spare belt; 8 diameter ANIVI-Sturtevant Dynamic Air Classifier driven by 25kW motor; (3) 9" diameter Jervis B. Web Screw Conveyors, measuring 12, 20, and 22 long; (2) Mikro-Pulsaire Dust Collectors (model 49S-4-20, 461 Sq Ft and model 81S-8-20, 762 Sq Ft); and 40 high ANIVI Bucket Elevator. Previously milling dry zircon with 7.5 Mohs hardness at capacity of 10 metric tons per day.

It has a 3" dia. shaft with 4 rows of adjustable paddles that are 1.5" wide. There is a removable side door that is 34.5" x 7". The inlet is 6" diameter and the outlet is 7" wide x 7" long. This unit is driven by a 30 hp 208-230/460 vac 3 ph electric motor. It is all mounted on a heavy carbon steel base. Serial number 2001016156. Overall dimensions 44" wide x 72" long x 32" tall.

Requires 220/440 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Includes its control panel. This unit was reconditioned in 2015 and then used in a product development lab.
