Used Paul O. Abbe Model RB-35 ribbon blender with 35 cubic foot working capacity and 39 cubic foot total volume. All stainless steel construction with polished Type 304 stainless steel product contact surfaces and food grade design. Trough measures approximately 33.4"W x 59.1"L x 37.4"D and is equipped with an internal double spiral ribbon, packing glands and pillow block bearings. Driven by approximately 20 to 25 hp SEW Eurodrive hollow bore drive rated 230/460V, 1,775 rpm, 3-phase, 60 Hz, with approximately 42 rpm output speed. Features a top cover with hold-down clamps and limit switch, center loading cover with welded safety grate measuring approximately 19.7"W x 31.5"L, and an approximately 4.7"W x 14.2" flush air-operated plug valve. Discharge housing measures approximately 18.5"W x 24"L with approximately 24" discharge height. Overall dimensions are approximately 52.7"W x 107.5"L x 84.3"H with an approximate weight of 2,860 lbs. Last used on corn meal. Possible applications include batch blending of suitable dry food powders, granular products and similar free-flowing materials such as corn meal.

Used- Krauss Maffei Mixer Vacuum Dryer MT. Model MT 1/200. Serial # 7098. National Board # 21424. Constructed of 316L stainless steel. Interior has polished surface. Conical vessel has a capacity of 49.43 cuft with working volume of 35.3 cuft. Dryer uses an 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, driven by a 10 hp drive to gently agitate product while drying. Can dry particles up to 5 mm in size. Vessel is rated for Full Vacuum/150 psi @ 450 f on jacket and internal. Acutal drying temperature maximum is 302 f. The top has an 18" manway with 6" sight glass, 18" flanged fitting, 4" sight glass, (2) 3" flanged fittings, (2) 2" flanged fittings, 6" flanged fittings and (2) 1" threaded fitting for the top jacket. The side has (2) 2" flanged fittings for the body jacket. The bottom has a 10" flanged discharge fitting with pneumatically operated flush mount valve and (2) 1" threaded fittings for bottom jacket.
