The blender has a total capacity of approximately 1000 liters (35.3 cubic feet) and a working capacity of 750 liters (26.48 cubic feet), dependent on the product density. Featuring two double ribbons, this dual-shaft design ensures efficient and thorough mixing, blending, and homogenization.
Equipped with two end outlets, product discharge is quick and streamlined. The hydraulically operated top cover provides safe and easy access for loading and maintenance. Powered by two 4.4 / 5.5 kW motors, rated at 400 Volt / 50 Hz, with dual-speed operation (n1: 1420 / n2: 39 RPM and n1: 2860 / n2: 78 RPM), the machine delivers torque values of 1090 Nm / 675 Nm, offering versatility and control over the mixing process.
