Used- VC999 Model RS-420 Rollstock Compact MAP Thermoformer. Stainless steel construction. Film width 423mm (17"). Maximum depth of draw: 50mm, 100mm, 135mm, 185mm (2"). The machine comes with a FT 500 film top automatic labeler The machine works with soft film. Width of film: 420 mm Capacity: 6-8 indexes per minute/360-480 indexes per hour Mould dimensions: Multiple molds included as was previously used for Hot dogs, sausage, beef snacks, and frozen produce. This machine is a professional automatic thermoforming line, which is used for vacuum packaging of almost all kinds of meat products, fish and seafood, cheeses, salads, vegetables, fruit, confectionery and other food products. Operating principle The packaging is formed automatically by the machine from two films - top and bottom. The product is placed by the operator in cells made of bottom film. Air is automatically sucked out by a vacuum system, sealed, cut and labelled (optional). Forming of trays of different types and sizes is carried out by manual mould change. The operator can program the indexing, speed, time, temperature and vacuum level.

Used- Viking Masek Model ST-200 Dual Lane (2 lane) Vertical Stick Pack Machine. Currently set up for 35mm wide sticks. Has 2-lane auger feed. Web width up to 160mm wide recommend using Bemis, Eagle for film. The machine will cut the 160mm wide film into 80mm sections to make 2 stick packs * Most films work, besides poly film, and thickness is estimated to be best from 1.5 to 3.5mil. We have the manual and schematics with it max. speed 65 cpm. Bag Stick pack size max. 40 mm - 200 mm (1.57 7.88) min. 17 mm - 40 mm (0.67 1.57) .
