📋 Description

The Used Accraply Model 105 Oven Shrink Tunnel is a high-performance thermal shrink tunnel, designed to deliver precise and even shrink for sleeve labels, tamper-evident bands, and full-body shrink applications. This tunnel is engineered with a 6” wide x 84” long heating zone, and a tunnel height of 8-1/2”, suitable for a variety of container sizes and materials.

The machine features a dual conveyor belt system, each 2-1/4” wide and 176” long, allowing smooth transport of products through the heat chamber. The control system includes (2) Watlow temperature controllers and (2) Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 variable frequency drives, enabling independent speed and temperature control for optimal shrink performance.

Built for 480V / 3 phase / 80 amp operation, this system offers robust industrial reliability. The unit comes with its original control panel, supporting precise and synchronized control of heating and transport.
