Rated 0.9 bar (13.05psi) at 40C (104 degrees F) internal, jacketed cone and 196" of straight side in (4) zones. Rated 3 bar (43.5psi) at 40C (104 degrees F). On (4) stainless steel legs with approximately 40" discharge height. Used Rolec 118,745 Liter (31,372 Gallon) Stainless Steel Tank, built for large-scale fermentation, storage, and temperature-controlled processing, previously utilized in a brewery application.
This vessel is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features a dished top and deep 55° cone bottom, ideal for fermentation processes requiring efficient yeast and solids separation. The tank includes a fully jacketed cone and four-zone jacketed straight side (~196"), enabling precise heating and cooling control.
Rated at 0.9 bar (13.05 PSI) internal pressure and 3 bar (43.5 PSI) jacket pressure, this tank is well-suited for controlled brewing, beverage production, and industrial liquid processing.
