Description:

This used DCI 1,000-gallon stainless steel jacketed tank is a versatile and durable processing vessel, ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and research applications. Featuring a three-zone dimple jacket (covered by insulation), this tank is designed for temperature control applications but has exterior jacket leaks.

The tank measures 90” in diameter x 40” straight side with a cone bottom, providing efficient material flow. The heavy-duty scrape agitator is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor (230/460V, 1750 RPM) and driven through an SEW Eurodrive gearbox, ensuring consistent mixing for thick and viscous products.

The tank is equipped with a 20” top manway, a 2” center bottom outlet with tri-clamp fitting, and is mounted on four stainless steel pipe legs for stability. It also includes a side-mounted ladder for easy access. Previously used in a Research & Development facility, this tank is ideal for precise and controlled mixing applications.
