Description
Used DCI 1,000 liter stainless steel mixing reactor designed for pressure-rated processing, emulsification, and temperature-controlled mixing applications. This vessel is rated for 30 PSI internal pressure and operates across a wide temperature range from -20°F to 300°F, making it suitable for a variety of demanding industrial processes.
The tank features a jacket rated to 150 PSI, allowing efficient heating and cooling. Equipped with a bottom-mounted emulsifier driven by a 0.65 kW (0.87 HP) motor at 3410 RPM, the system ensures high shear mixing and consistent product dispersion.
Additional features include a thermowell for temperature monitoring, a spray ball for CIP cleaning, and a 3” pneumatically actuated sanitary discharge valve. The system also includes a VFD and control box with pneumatic valves and piping for enhanced process control.
