It has been refurbished with upgrades, including a new 30 HP TECO/Westinghouse AC motor, ABB variable speed AC drive (panel mounted to base), new belts, and new rotor & feed roll bearings. The blades have been sharpened and fitted with new hardware, ensuring this unit is ready for production.

Mounted on a 33”H steel stand with fork rails and diamond plate steel stairs, this pelletizer is built for operator accessibility and heavy-duty use. With a 64” discharge height and ~101” feed height, it integrates easily into compounding and extrusion lines.
