The Cumberland FX1018 Granulation System is a high-efficiency, industrial granulator designed for size reduction and material reclaim applications. This used system features a 10" x 18" feed throat and a robust 3-knife open rotor paired with dual bed knives for consistent, high-quality granulation.

Engineered with an offset cutting chamber, the FX1018 enhances cutting efficiency while reducing energy consumption and noise. The unit includes insulated flex feed hopper and body panels to improve operational safety and noise reduction.

This complete system comes equipped with a Sterling 4002FD blower, size 6 cyclone separator, filter head with collection bags, and all necessary connecting ductwork. The integrated 4" OD airveyor discharge system ensures efficient material transfer from granulator to cyclone for streamlined processing.
