Used Cumberland Model 18X37 Granulator with 18" x 37" feed throat, designed for film granulation. Features a 5-knife steep angle step adjustable rotor with 10 knife segments and (2) bed knives. Belt driven by a 100 HP, 460 Volt, 1780 RPM motor with gravity discharge. Equipped with a 6" diameter x 37" wide knurled and grooved offset feed roll with pneumatic pinch and feed roll trumpet. Feed rolls are chain and sprocket driven by a 7.5 HP, 1750/1930 RPM continuous duty DC motor through a Reliance 2.76:1 gearbox. Mounted on leg base with swing-out chamber door on the downstroke side for chamber access. Starter and controls not included. Suitable for granulating film materials and plastic scrap for recycling and reprocessing applications.
