Used Ishida Model CCW-RZ-212P-D705-WP 12 Head Double Drop Dimpled/Embossed bucket combination scale, bucket elevator. 12 head split into 24 total buckets, stainless steel, combination, weigh scale system. Rated from 20 to 80 weighs per minute per side ( depending on materials and application). Has a weight capacity: 4 to 500 grams with accuracies of +/- 1 gram, maximum volume of 800cc (per single dump). Equipped with double-beam strain gauge load cell, radial feed trough, (12) 5" long x 4" wide x 5" deep stainless steel dimpled feed buckets and 6" long x 3-1/2" wide x 4" deep dimpled stainless steel weigh buckets (2 for each feed bucket) and 3 sets per each product stainless steel dimpled discharge chutes. Description
This used Ishida Model CCW-RZ-212P-D705-WP 12 Head Double Drop Combination Scale is designed for high-speed, accurate weighing of food and small product items prior to packaging. The scale is constructed from stainless steel and features dimpled/embossed buckets, making it suitable for products that require improved flow and reduced sticking.
The system is capable of 20 to 80 weighs per minute per side, depending on product characteristics and packaging configuration. The scale handles weights ranging from 4 grams to 500 grams with an accuracy of approximately ±1 gram.
