Consists of: infeeds from (2) Shubuya-Hoppmann Centrifugal Bowl Feeders, Model FT-50, (2) Stainless Steel Operator Platforms, (1) Rexroth Active Mover System with billet trays, (1) Fanuc SR-6iA Robot with touch pad controller, (1) Fanuc SR-12iA with touch pad controller, and (1) Allen Bradley Control Cabinet with Integrated Vision System. Has pneumatic actuators, and right-angle feed orientation. Multivac Horizontal Thermoformer, Model R-535. Features (1) Donaldson Static Eliminator and Dust Collector with Simco "Neutro-Vac" web cleaning system. Has dual web arbors, stainless steel construction, Multivac I 420 Inspection system, and dual scrap rewind. Multivac controls, Glen Dimplex chiller, Multivac Robotic Case Packer, Model H130. Stainless steel construction. Has SCARA-type robotic arm with pneumatic pick-n-place packing head. Includes U-shaped flexlink conveyor. Lantech C-2000 case erector with bottom taper feeds cases into the robotic loader, Lantech Case Sealer, Model CS-300. Has Lantech top-tape applicator, ProMAch ID Technology Print and Apply Labeler, Model ZE500. Bayonette-style mounting with casters and leveling legs. Utilizes Zebra Technologies print head. Pearson Packaging Systems Robotic Palletizing System, Model O.
