Description

Description
This used Wexxar automatic case erector sealer, Model WF-30T, is designed for reliable high-speed case forming and bottom sealing in automated packaging lines. The machine is capable of speeds of up to 30 cases per minute, depending on case size and application.
The unit accommodates a flexible range of case dimensions, handling lengths from 7.25" to 18", widths from 7.25" to 14", and heights from 6" to 15", making it suitable for a variety of carton sizes used in industrial packaging operations.
This case erector features a bottom 2-inch wide 3M Accuglide taping head, ensuring consistent and secure case sealing. The pin and dome-style opening mechanism efficiently forms cases for downstream packing operations.
The system includes a modern control panel with Allen Bradley CompactLogix L23E PLC and Omron NS8-TV00B-V2 color touchscreen HMI, allowing intuitive control and monitoring of machine functions. The unit also incorporates two Festo drives for reliable motion control.
