Built in 2006, this horizontal batch mixer is ideal for medium to large batch blending of bulk solids with integrated features for filtration, discharge control, and weighing.

Equipped with a 30 HP motor and jacketed for heating/cooling, this unit features a large square bottom discharge with cylinder-operated actuator, numerous tri-clamp and flanged nozzles, two large middle access doors, and mounted load cells for weight monitoring. The mixer’s stainless steel contact surfaces and multiple inlets/outlets make it a great fit for sanitary or technical powder applications.
