Description

This used Walker Model PZ-MM stainless steel liquefier / multi-motion mixer is a heavy-duty, sanitary processing vessel designed for intensive mixing, melting, and liquefaction of viscous or heat-sensitive products. Constructed of 316L stainless steel, the unit is ideal for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and specialty chemical applications.

The vessel features a jacket rated to 120 PSI for precise thermal control across a wide temperature range. Mixing is accomplished through a top-mounted agitator with scraper/sweep blades for sidewall and bottom cleaning, combined with a bottom-entering liquefier to provide high shear and efficient product turnover.
