The vessel measures approximately 36" W x 36" L x 48" deep and includes a 24" top manway with cover for easy access, inspection, and cleaning.

Equipped with multiple inlet ports for ingredient addition and a 2" center bottom outlet with approximately 20-1/2" discharge height, this unit is highly versatile. The mounted control panel includes an AC Tech MC Series intelligent drive and Emerson Unidrive controller for precise speed and process control.
