Bottom mounted Liquifier/chop/dissolver assembly driven by 40 hp, 230/460 volt, 1775 rpm motor. 32" straight side, dish bottom, 57" diameter. Top Manway. Model MM-DS-PZ. 9'3" OAH. Last used in sanitary food plant. Built 2001.
