Baffled in-feed hopper. Multiple V-belt drive configuration with drive guards. Progressively staggered parallelogram cutter units (carbon steel) with (2) tungsten carbide replaceable cutter inserts in each. (2) stationary proprietary tool steel cutting bed knives. Includes (2) CS particle discharge screens (5/16" and 3/8" hole sizes). Driven by an 1800 RPM, 30 HP, 3/60/460V motor. On a frame. Built 2020. Previously used for fertilizer.

Featuring a 10” rotor diameter and a 30” cutting chamber, the unit includes progressively staggered parallelogram cutters with dual tungsten carbide inserts for extended wear life. The helical rotor design and rotary carbide-tipped blades deliver efficient and consistent cutting with minimized dust.

The system includes a baffled in-feed hopper, variable speed drive, and multiple V-belt drive configuration with guards, mounted on a heavy-duty steel stand. The cutting bed contains (2) stationary proprietary tool steel knives, and the unit comes with (2) carbon steel particle discharge screens (5/16" and 3/8" hole sizes). Originally used in fertilizer processing, this 2020-built rotary cutter is ideal for industrial applications requiring uniform particle size and high throughput.
