This Used Vulcan Model VKT50 Direct Steam Countertop Tilting Kettle System consists of two (2) K12DTT direct steam kettles, each with a 12-gallon capacity, mounted as a dual station configuration.

Constructed entirely of stainless steel, the kettles feature a 2/3 steam jacket design, rated for 50 PSI at 300°F, delivering efficient and uniform heat transfer for food production applications.
