Description
Used Lee Industries 300 gallon stainless steel jacketed double motion scraped surface agitated tilt kettle, model 300-CHD9MT. Vessel measures approximately 54" diameter x 42" deep and features a jacket rated for 40 PSI at 287°F, code stamped. Unit is equipped with a pouring lip, automatic hydraulic tilt discharge, and a 3" Tri-Clamp bottom center discharge valve.
The kettle includes a secondary self-contained cylinder for automatic “tilt out” of the agitation assembly for cleaning and maintenance access. Agitation is driven by a 5 HP Eurodrive motor with variable speed control through a Lenze SMVector variable frequency drive housed in a stainless steel control panel. Designed for sanitary processing of viscous and heat-sensitive products.
