This Used JC Pardo 250 Gallon Sanitary Vacuum Kettle is designed for high-performance mixing and heating in sanitary processing applications such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and personal care. Built with triple motion agitation, the system includes a homogenizer head, dual-motion sweep scraper agitator, and a hydraulic tilt-out mechanism for both the agitation system and cover, allowing for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Constructed from stainless steel, this kettle is rated for 10 PSI/FV at 239°F internal pressure and the jacket is rated at 60 PSI at 330°F, making it ideal for vacuum and pressure cooking or blending. The center bottom outlet supports efficient product discharge. Comes complete with a control panel, and is National Board registered.
