This used Feldmeier vertical stainless steel jacketed process kettle features a 36” diameter, 316L stainless steel interior vessel, paired with a 304 stainless steel jacket. Designed with a flat top and hemispherical bottom, the kettle includes a channel jacket on the shell and dimple jacket on the bottom, rated to 100 PSI at -20°F to 350°F, enabling precision thermal control in heating or cooling processes.
The unit is equipped with a top center-entering anchor-style agitator with scraper blades for thorough low-shear mixing, mounted on a robust stainless steel bridge. It also features an offset-mounted Admix Rotosolver high-shear mixer, Model 112xP94, for intensive blending, dispersion, and emulsification needs. This combination of dual agitation technology makes the kettle ideal for applications requiring both bulk mixing and particle size reduction. It is mounted on three stainless legs, built for stable, hygienic plant integration.
