Description

The Ross Model 361-100 125-Gallon Stainless Steel Mix Kettle is a versatile industrial mixing vessel designed for batch processing, blending, and emulsification. This vertical mix kettle features a 35” diameter x 30” straight-side stainless steel tank, with a flat top and bottom, ensuring durability and efficient mixing performance.

The unit includes a bolt-on cover with a hinged access panel, allowing for easy ingredient addition and process monitoring. The jacketed design (no rating) supports temperature-controlled processing, making it ideal for heating or cooling applications.

A carbon steel agitator bridge supports a top-mounted double motion drive, powering three-tier dual-blade impellers and four wall-mounted baffles to ensure efficient agitation and uniform mixing.

The kettle is driven by a 10 HP belt-driven motor (3/60/230/460V, 1725 RPM) through a 14-2/3:1 reducer, offering precise speed control and consistent agitation for various industrial applications.

The unit is equipped with a 6” center bottom outlet (CBO) with a bolt-on cover and is mounted on three carbon steel legs, providing a discharge height of 30 inches for easy product removal.

Additionally, this mix kettle includes a Series 800C Fill-Rite Meter, providing accurate flow measurement and process control.
