Used-(3) 6" x 72" APV Scrape Surface Heat Exchangers, model 3HRT 672 (1 ammonia, 1 chilled water, 1 steam). 150 psi units with National Board stamps. Ammonia unit is chrome plated with 4 rows with 14 stainless steel blades. Steam and chilled water units are stainless steel with 4 rows with 28 fiber blades. There are 4 rows of blades held on by pins. All seals are spring load carbon ring rotation of dashers controlled by frequency drive. The average thru-put for milk based products is 3 gallons per minute. H2O based products cool quicker and average approximately 5-6 gallons per minute. Last used for rice and tapioca pudding, gravy, marinara sauce and salsa slurries and baked beans. Currently wired for 460 volts. Year 1991. Unit will be sold running.
