Description

Available for immediate sale is a Used ITW Mima 5 Series Palletizer System featuring automated pallet handling, slip sheet feeding, product conveying, metal detection, weighing, printing, labeling, pallet wrapping, and finished pallet discharge capabilities.

This system was installed downstream of the Sapac Bag Filling Line (#1040150) and was designed to automatically palletize filled bags following packaging operations. The line includes a pallet feeder, slip sheet feeder, incline infeed conveyor, Mettler Toledo metal detector, Fairbanks Morse scale, Videojet print and apply labeling system, Videojet continuous inkjet printer, Octopus-style pallet wrapper, roller conveyors, discharge conveyors, and operator control station.

The palletizer system is available separately or can be purchased together with the Sapac Bag Filling Line to create a complete automated bag filling, packaging, palletizing, and stretch wrapping operation.
