Description

Used Mavig AG Lab-Pilot Scale Filter/Dryer, specifically engineered for R&D, pilot, and small-batch production applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and specialty materials industries. This high-performance unit features pressure-rated vessel construction in Hastelloy C-22 (2.4602) on all product contact parts, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance and suitability for processing aggressive chemicals and high-purity materials.

The internal vessel capacity is 72 liters (19.04 gallons) and is jacketed, allowing for precise thermal control between 50°F - 248°F (10°C - 120°C). The vessel is pressure-rated to 105 PSI (7 bar) and full vacuum (-1 bar), with an internal test pressure of 157.5 PSI (10.5 bar), ensuring safe and flexible operation under a range of processing conditions.

The unit includes a robust agitator with side discharge, driven by a 400V / 50Hz / 3-Phase motor, and is equipped with explosion-proof controls, making it suitable for hazardous environments. The mobile frame on legs with wheels allows for easy maneuverability in lab and pilot plant settings.
