Used A.J. Sackett Calciner. 6' Diameter X 59' overall length molecular sieve rotary calciner, 1500 deg F. Furnace area 6' diameter X 32' long, Cooler area 6' diameter X 13' 6" long. Calciner shell and cooler shell 3/8" thick 309SS; feed end dam ring 1/4" thick 304SS. The reinforcing bands for the tires and girth sprocket are manufactured of 3/8" thick 304SS. The tires are composed of (2) two 84" O.D. X 5" face X 75" I.D. rings CS. The trunnions are 16" diameter X 7" face at the drive end and 16" diameter X 12" face at the floating discharge end. Timken roller bearing on steel shafts with cover plates, seals, shims and gudgeons. Chain drive consists of 20 hp, 1750 rpm, TEFC electric motor, Dodge para-flex coupling, Dodge Tcr6 Maxum Class II concentric reducer with extended input shaft to connect to auxiliary drive. Allen Bradley 1335 Plus AC variable frequency inverter with control panel and all SS Nema 4x enclosure; with North American natural gas burners (3) zones each consisting of model 4442-4 North American burners rated at 540,000 btu/hr aach. There are 4 burners/zone, all zones have 10:1 turndown, each burner to be pilot ignited and monitored with weather resistant ultraviolet detectors. Manufactured by AJ Sackett Co, 1997.
