Used Grote Model S/A 530 Single Lane Slicer/Applicator. Machine is rated at up to 176 strokes per minute per lane. Unit also bulk slices, stacks and shingles. Maximum slice rate in stack or shingle mode 120 strokes per minute per lane. Set up for a 1/2" wide band blade. Slicing zone up to 30" wide, up to a maximum of 6" slicing stroke. Currently set up for (1) round lane, approximate 5" diameter. includes mesh discharge conveyor. Control panel with A/B Panelview 1000 HMI and Allen Bradley SLC 5/04 PLC, Baldor flexdrive. Utilizes Grote's Accuband slicing system. Machine is designed to apply toppings, top buns, pizza crusts, trays, and oven belts. Can slice and apply most boneless/non-frozen meat, fish, poultry, cheese, bread products, fruits and vegetables. Is a wash-down unit. Was last running on a fresh sandwich line. 3/60/208-230 Volt.
