Description

This Used Modular Multistage Continuous Processor Debranner is an 8” diameter, 5-stage system designed for continuous grain debranning, surface abrasion, and controlled material processing. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, the unit was previously used in a pilot plant for corn debranning and is well-suited for research, product development, and specialty grain processing applications.

Each module is fabricated from 8” Schedule 40 stainless steel pipe, ensuring durability and structural integrity. The system includes five variable-speed impeller drives (three reversible) for adjustable residence time and processing intensity.

• (3) Stages: Double-ribbon constant-volume mixing impellers

• (2) Stages: Screw impellers

Material feeding and discharge are managed via an Acrison feeder and (2) Carolina Conveying rotary valves, with process control handled by a Honeywell multi-channel programmable controller.

Additional features include Rulon seals and bearings for durability and reduced maintenance, as well as suspension lugs on each module for simplified installation and modular configuration flexibility.
