Exhibiting at Power Gen 2018 Turned into Quite the Ride for Aaron Equipment

December 10, 2018

Aaron Equipment Company Exhibited at Power Gen International 2018 in Orlando Florida on December 4 - 6, 2018. The show was a huge success for the company and featured a booth that highlighted Aaron’s inpact on the Power Industry as well as some historical nostalgia of the company itself.

Power Gen International had more than 1,400 exhibitors, showcasing different types of power generation tools and accessories to the more than 20,000 attendees. A wide array of efficient and cost-saving power-generation and transmission machines were showcased together with steam systems, automated equipment, power boilers and energy distribution systems. Eco-friendly power tools were also put on exhibit at the show, along with other high-utility power-conservation machinery.

Aaron Equipment’s booth emphasized that we both BUY and SELL Surplus Standby Generator Sets including: Diesel Fuel & Natural Gas Fuel Generators, Gas Turbine Generators, Steam Turbine Generator, Wind Power Equipment, and entire Power Plants. The staff working the booth estimate that they will bring home more than 300+ substantial leads.

A special feature at the Aaron booth was the actual “Aaron Bike” as was created and appeared in a televised episode of Orange County Choppers more than a decade ago. Even with the passage of time, the bike proved to be a huge draw for fans of the show as well as “eye-candy” for passersby’s. The show’s star, Paul Teutul Sr. even made a meet and greet appearance on Wednesday. He signed autographs on a poster and took pictures with the bike. The line to meet Paul became so long at one point that it had to be redirected as it interfered with neighboring booths.

“Our booth had a constant buzz” said Aaron’s spokesperson Bob Perna. “We met with a lot of new contacts and were able to catch up with some old friends as well. But when Paul Sr. came to the booth, the place went absolutely crazy.” Perna went on to explain, “The ‘Aaron Bike’ and Paul Sr. was definitely an ice breaker. People who might not normally would have stopped at the booth came in and we were able to inform them about Aaron’s capabilities. It was a tremendous opportunity.”

Paul Sr. himself even posted this video on Instagram.

Aaron Equipment plans on exhibiting at Power Gen 2019 in New Orleans, Louisiana in November and who knows what might happen there!
