With the aim of recouping as much of the original investment as possible, Aaron Equipment sold all the tanks in just 39 days, garnering the client net of fees 80+ percent of its original investment.

In late November, AIS held a two-day auction in Henderson, NV, selling equipment surplus to the ongoing operations of TIMET, an industry leader in melt and mill products. This was AIS’ largest auction to date, regarding both number of lots and bidders. Over the two-day auction, AIS sold nearly 800 individual lots with more than 320 bidders. The auction was held online, with buyers from across the United States and Canada. These buyers included manufacturers, equipment users, dealers, and scrap buyers.

Aaron Equipment Company in conjunction with Reich Brothers and Phoenix Equipment Corporation recently acquired the BP Verenium Biofuels plant including over 40 acres of real estate and equipment located in Jennings, LA. The group plans to first offer the plant in its entirety and then piece meal to the buying public. Consisting of a full plant made up of hundreds of individual pieces of equipment and components, the liquidation marks Aaron Equipment’s expansion into the trendy biofuels equipment market after eight decades of providing new, used and reconditioned processing equipment to other industries. The sale offers a unique opportunity to save money while getting into or extending one’s reach in the sustainable fuels game.

That figure represents a cost-adjusted growth rate of 8.2% over 2016’s $12.94 billion valuation. In the interim, Global Industry Analysts expect the heat exchanger market to jump to $13.5 billion by the year 2017. What is fueling all this growth? This year’s International Plastics Showcase, held March 23–27, 2015 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, was already being billed as the largest-ever NPE before its doors ever opened. On January 16, 2014, Angie Perna was honored with a retirement party celebrating her 35 years of employment at Aaron Equipment Company. The entire company gathered for a luncheon in her honor. Even the company’s patriarchs, Les and Jerry Cohen along with their wives Sarell and Shirley, enjoyed the party via Skype projected onto a large screen. Angie was given accolades for her many years of service and friendship with the entire Cohen family. Alan, Michael, Bennett, Steven Cohen and Debbie Cohen Oberman all gave speeches congratulating Angie for her work ethics both in and out of the office.

July 16, 2013 - American Equipment Company celebrated the 25th Anniversaries of two of its entrusted employees. Bob Perna and Christine Daros both joined the company back in July of 1988. A luncheon was held in their honor and was enjoyed by the entire company.
Alan Cohen, President of Aaron Equipment, honored Bob and Chrissy and enlightened the audience with trivia facts of popular cultural events that were mainstream 25 years ago. It was interesting to see how much has taken place within that time spam.

After the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast of the United States, communities in the northern suburbs of Illinois joined forces to donate batteries, blankets, cleaning supplies, coats, clothes, diapers, and shoes to the victims of the disaster. All supplies were donated by the families of Temple Beth-El in Northbrook, IL and Temple Jeremiah in Northfield, IL. Both students and their parents boxed and labeled items which were loaded into the donated semi-truck.

When Aaron Equipment Company recently learned that an environmentally conscious Missouri classroom project was in jeopardy without a heat-proof mix tank, a company executive stepped up to the plate and offered to donate a 200-gallon stainless steel cone-bottom tank from its used, unused and reconditioned process equipment inventory. The gift will allow Rockwood School District’s organic chemistry students to not only enter an upcoming engineering competition but eventually be able to sell their biodiesel one day.

Yesterday, Former NHL All-Star, Jeremy Roenick stopped into the Aaron Equipment headquarters for a tour of the facility and an opportunity to view the Aaron Bike, as built by Orange County Choppers. Jeremy Roenick was drafted and started his career with the Chicago Blackhawks and played for five additional NHL teams over the course of 18 seasons. He played for Team USA for several international tournaments which included the 1998 and 2002 Winter Olympics.

The Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks, in conjunction with the Special Kids Network and the Orange County Choppers Foundation, will raffle off a special, custom-built bike that is signed by the entire team beginning tonight, Wednesday, October 13, when the team hosts the Nashville Predators at the United Center. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Chicago Blackhawk Charities, the Orange County Choppers Foundation and the Special Kids Network. Paul Teutul Sr., the founder of Orange County Ironworks and Orange County Choppers and star of the reality television show “American Chopper,” will be at the United Center on Wednesday to unveil the bike on the ice during the first intermission.

The Lawless, AEK Packaging Equipment & Aaron Equipment Electric Drag bike was built with the intention to break the ¼ mile speed record by an electric powered motorcycle, attempting to reach a speed of 200mph.

Chicago, IL – March 29, 2010 – When AEK Packaging opened a new 55,000 square foot climate-controlled warehouse in Bensenville, Ill. last year, its expansion effort went against the grain of most business trends. At that time, only 13 percent of manufacturers indicated to PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC that they had plans to expand their business geographically. What’s more, the dealer of used packaging equipment débuted the new storage facility in style, nearly doubling the size of its previous location in Elkhorn, Wisconsin. As it turns out, that leap of business faith couldn’t have been a timelier decision.

With the "Aaron Bike" as created by Orange County Choppers on display in our booth, it made a perfect canvas for a gathering of Paul Teutul Sr. autograph seekers and fans of the hit TV show American Chopper.

A Transfer switch is installed between a backup generator, incoming power and your business. BENSENVILLE, IL — The newest custom bike will be unveiled from Orange County Choppers, the star bike builders of TLC's hit show American Chopper. The invitation-only event will take place Thursday, Sept. 18. The bike was created for Aaron Equipment, headquartered in Bensenville. Aaron is an international buyer, seller and trader of used and reconditioned process equipment. The chopper will be featured on an upcoming episode of American Chopper, airing at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
