The Aeroglide Model FBU24-25-RGX-IDFB Toasting & Puffing Baking Oven is a high-performance industrial oven designed for fluid bed drying, toasting, and puffing applications. Featuring a 26-inch wide by 30-foot-long stainless steel vibratory conveyor, this oven provides an efficient toasting and drying process with 50 square feet of drying surface.
Equipped with Maxon burners, dual heat zones, exhaust and process blowers, and carbon steel tubing, this oven delivers precise temperature control for consistent product quality. The rotary discharge valves ensure smooth product flow and discharge.
Additionally, the system includes the Aeroglide Model C1-36-18-XXC Cooling Tunnel, constructed with 409 stainless steel frame and 304 stainless steel product contact parts. The perforated belt and Twin City Blower exhaust system allow for efficient cooling of processed materials.
Previously used in guar gum processing, this system is well-suited for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications requiring high-efficiency drying and cooling.
