Used-T&C Stainless 2,800 Liter (740 Gallon) 316L Stainless Steel Agitated Reactor, measures 5' diameter X 5' straight side with dish top & bottom. Vessel is jacketed and rated for 100 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Internally rated for 10 PSI at 250 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Head and shell thicknesses are 7 gauge. Jacket is constructed of 304 Stainless steel, 14gauge thickness. Reactor includes top entering agitation with Fusion Fluid Equipment gearmotor, driven by 1.5 HP, 230/460 Volt, 50/60 Hz, 1730 RPM motor thru gear reducer. Vessel includes 4"center bottom outlet with Asepco valve to 1.5" discharge. Offered with ProtectoSeal Model F18542D2 pressure and vacuum relief vent. , New in 2018, ASME code constructed. Previously used as curing tank in polymers-based application.
