Kinetics Modular Systems 550 Gallon Reactor

Description

This used Kinetics Modular Systems 550-gallon reactor is constructed from 316 stainless steel and features a vertical, dish top and bottom design. It is full vacuum rated, with a maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) of 50 psi @ 300°F, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing applications.

The vessel is insulated for temperature stability and features a sanitary interior polish to meet FDA and GMP standards. Equipped with an 18” manway with a clamp-down lid & gasket, a 2” tri-clamp center discharge with valve, and two top CIP spray balls for effective cleaning. A temperature probe and level gauge are also included. The tank is supported by four stainless steel legs with pads for stability.
