Description:

This used 700-gallon stainless steel reactor was manufactured by DCI, Inc., constructed entirely of 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and sanitary processing. The vessel measures approximately 48" diameter x 84" straight side, with dished top and bottom heads for optimal fluid dynamics and drainage.

The internal vessel is rated 35 PSI and full vacuum at 358°F, and is jacketed on the bottom head only, rated for 135 PSI and full vacuum at 358°F, allowing for localized heating or cooling.

It includes a large 18" top manway, multiple top nozzles for instrumentation and additions, and a 3" bottom outlet. Mounted on four sturdy stainless legs, this reactor is ideal for cleanroom or floor-standing integration in pharma, biotech, food, or chemical operations.
