Description

Used double arm stainless steel sigma mixer designed for heavy-duty mixing of high-viscosity materials, pastes, rubber compounds, adhesives, doughs, and thick chemical formulations. This unit features an approximately 20 gallon working capacity stainless steel jacketed mixing bowl, allowing temperature control during mixing. The bowl heating system includes an electric hot water tank with recirculating pump, which circulates heated water through the jacket for controlled heating.

The mixer is driven by a 15 kW (approximately 20 HP) gear motor operating at 1465 RPM, and includes a hydraulic tilt discharge system for easy unloading of viscous products. A control panel is included for operational control.
