Used- American Process Systems Forberg Fluidized Zone Mixer, Model FZM-35, 35 Cubic Feet Working Capacity, 304 Stainless Steel. Non-jacketed chamber approximate 58" long x 67" wide. (2) 4" Diameter shafts with (16) paddles per shaft, paddles 11-9/16" wide x 3/8" thick welded to 1-1/2" diameter posts. Driven by 30 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1760 rpm motor with 30.05:1 gearbox ratio. (2) 20" x 20" side access doors, (2) 9" x 57" Bombay door style outlets. Used- Krauss Maffei Mixer Vacuum Dryer MT. Model MT 1/200. Serial # 7098. National Board # 21424. Constructed of 316L stainless steel. Interior has polished surface. Conical vessel has a capacity of 49.43 cuft with working volume of 35.3 cuft. Dryer uses an 8" diameter inclined orbiting screw, driven by a 10 hp drive to gently agitate product while drying. Can dry particles up to 5 mm in size. Vessel is rated for Full Vacuum/150 psi @ 450 f on jacket and internal. Acutal drying temperature maximum is 302 f. The top has an 18" manway with 6" sight glass, 18" flanged fitting, 4" sight glass, (2) 3" flanged fittings, (2) 2" flanged fittings, 6" flanged fittings and (2) 1" threaded fitting for the top jacket. The side has (2) 2" flanged fittings for the body jacket. The bottom has a 10" flanged discharge fitting with pneumatically operated flush mount valve and (2) 1" threaded fittings for bottom jacket.
