Used-Quincy QHD635 twin-tower heatless desiccant air dryer system, manufactured in 2022, complete with integrated control cubicle and pre-/post-filtration assemblies. The unit includes two vertical desiccant vessels with top-mounted pressure gauges and manifolded switching valves. The air dryer (serial APF267952) is rated for inlet pressures 411 bar, allowable inlet temperature 150C, and max outlet temperature 55C, and is built in Belgium by International Compressor Distribution N.V. The control cubicle (type 1900 5003 32 ED05, serial 3002383-33) operates on 24V control, supports 115-230V 2-phase supply, and is designed for 50/60 Hz operation with a 2 A rated current. The assembly is skid-mounted.

The control panel manages a twin-receiver compressed air setup and includes integrated monitoring and protection circuitry with a kA-rated short-circuit tolerance. Paired with the compressor is a Quincy refrigerated air dryer, Model QHD635 (S/N APF267602, year 2022), designed for inlet pressures of 411 bar and temperatures from 150C, with a maximum outlet temperature of 55C.

The electrical system operates on a 2-phase 115230V supply with a 2-amp rated load, and incorporates protection and monitoring circuitry in a sealed control enclosure. The unit is paired with a Quincy refrigerated air dryer, Model QHD635 (S/N APF267527, 2022), rated for 411 bar inlet pressure, 150C allowable inlet temperature, and a maximum 55C outlet temperature.
