Includes AISI 304 filter vessel, filter discs, piping with butterfly valves and centrifugal pump, Piston dosing pump, Filter pack turning device, Lighted sight glasses at product inlet and outlet, Pressure gauges, sample valves and flow meters, Final filtration disc for residual liquid, Wheel mounted AISI 304 cake collection tray with 10 inch diaphragm pump for discharge. SST horizontal disk beer filter with centrifugal discharge. 10 sq meter filter with a 630-liter capacity bell with 7 Bar rating, and 175 liter dosing tub. Wheel mounted AISI 304 Stainless steel frame. Flow rate per manufacturer is 3-5 bbl/hour/meter, so 30-50 bbl per hour (16.5gpm to 27.5gpm). Electrics are 480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, 34 Amp.
