Used Precision Stainless 5 Gallon (20 Liter) Pressure/Vacuum Freeze Tank 316L SS, Jacketed, Portable, 50 PSI. 316L stainless steel reactor vessel, measuring 12" diameter x 12" straight side with dish top & bottom and removable hinged top with dog-lock. Jacketed on vessel, top head and internal baffles. Unit is rated for 50 PSI @ 280 degrees Fahrenheit, Full Vacuum (15 PSI), 316L stainless steel jacket, rated for 100 PSI @ 280 degrees Fahrenheit, Has (4) 2" top fittings, 1/2" center bottom discharge, 4" x 8" internal baffles. Manufactured in 1997, serial number 4235. Unit is portable on casters. Precision Stainless Inc 50 psi @ 280 deg F. S/n 4235 Yr. NB 6914, 1997.

Used- Cumberland Granulator, Model 1456i. 14" x 56" feed throat. Three (3) knife twin shear rotor with two (2) bed knifes. Rotor is belt driven by a 75 HP, 3/60/460 Volt motor. 68" wide in feed pull rolls with 5 HP D/C motor. Feed rolls are pneumatically actuated. Upper and lower feed rolls are poly covered. Pull roll hopper only. No controls included.

Used 50 Cubic Foot Stainless Steel Double Ribbon Blender with 25 HP Drive. Designed for efficient mixing of dry bulk materials and features a robust stainless steel bowl and ribbon assembly. The unit offers an approximate full capacity of 75 cubic feet and a working capacity of approximately 50 cubic feet, making it suitable for medium- to large-scale blending applications. Inside dimensions of approximately 80" long by 39.5" wide by 41". Equipped with a bottom end discharge system featuring an air-operated discharge valve located approximately 6" from the floor, allowing for efficient and controlled product release. The unit includes a three-piece cover for ease of access and maintenance. Driven by a 25 HP, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 230/460-volt motor, providing reliable performance for continuous industrial operation.

Used- APV Baker Perkins Twin Screw Extruder, type MP50/25D. 50 mm dia. twin screws. 25:1 L/D. Co-rotating. Electrically heated, water cooled. Max Screw speed 500 RPM via a gearbox by a 55.2 KW (74hp)-3/50/400v AC motor. Max output capacity 150 kgs (330 Lbs) per hour. Complete with feeding system, die head, control panel and additional infrastructure. Previously used on PE/PP/PA/PC/ABS/PS in a Masterbatch application. Reported rebuild in 2017. Control panel with Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC and A/B PanelView Plus 1000 HMI. Mounted on a 304 stainless steel frame. 188-7/8" Approximate height it drum loader extended. Serial# C438080-2.
