The vacuum-rated bowl includes a top cover with two 2" sight glasses and a jacket rated for 14.7 pounds per square inch gauge at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Equipped with manual handle-operated tilt, a 2-horsepower TEFC DC motor rated for 180 volts, 1,750 rpm and 9.4 amps, and a 25:1 gearbox ratio. Includes a control panel with adjustable speed control, digital speed readout, start/stop controls and emergency stop.
