Top in-feed. 150 HP 460-volt 1785 RPM Bador Super-E motor. 10" OD Airveyor discharge. Clam shell split chamber is powered by 3 HP hydraulic pump. Drop down Airveyor is hydraulically operated by a manual pump. 3,000 lbs. per hour rated average through put. Includes OEM control panel.

Top entering Lightnin agitator, model XJC30, serial# 2863219, 3-blade prop on 1" diameter shaft, driven by a .3hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm motor. Openings top: 16" manway with cover, 5" for agitator, 4", (2) 2", (2) 1.5". 3" Side bottom outlet, 3" bottom outlet, approximate 18" discharge height. Mounted on frames with (3) legs. No manufacturers tag.

Used Paul Mueller Company stainless steel pressure vessel, Type 304 stainless steel construction, 76" diameter x Height 170" to top mixer. 145" to top hatch, Top hatch 24" diameter x Legs 56" x 56". Serial# 106184-1, built 1992. Vessel manufactured to DIN Part RT4 pressure vessel standards. Unit designed for heat transfer service with heating surface (exact area not legible). Tank is rated Atmospheric.

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank – Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior

Used 1,500 Gallon Cherry-Burrell Vertical Stainless Steel Tank Side Manway, Spray Bar, Polished Interior. Tank measures 5'4" diameter x 7' straight side with dished top and bottom heads. Features a 3" diameter center top opening reduced to 1.5", one additional 3" side top nozzle, and a 3" center bottom outlet with a secondary 2" side bottom nozzle. Includes a 20" x 16" oval side manway with an inward-swinging cover secured by a swing latch. Interior finish is polished stainless steel with clean seams and integral support welds. The tank is mounted on four stainless steel legs with adjustable footpads and includes a welded agitator mount (no agitation installed). External piping includes a mounted spray bar along one side.

Used- Fulton Engineered Specialties 650Gallon Jacketed Tank, 304 Stainless Steel, With 20 HP Mixer. High pressure jacket rated : 150 psi @ 428 deg.f. Interior dimensions: 44'' diameter x 96'' straight side, dish bottom. Center discharge: 6'' flanged. Falk heavy duty top entry mixer, motor: 20 hp, 230/460 volt, 1740 rpm. Final output rpm: 190 approximately. Serial# 2811, National board# 1022, built 2013. Used Paul Mueller Company 15,700 Gallon Food Grade Storage Tank. Approximate capacity of 15,700 gallons. Constructed with a 12' outside diameter x 17' 5/8" straight side and dished top and bottom heads. Equipped with a 3" flanged center bottom outlet for complete product drainage. Carbon steel painted exterior with skirt-mounted design. Top head features an 18" diameter manway with cover and multiple flanged process connections. Overall height is approximately 23' 6". Estimated tank weight is approximately 11,000 lbs. Previously used in brewery service. Suitable for food, beverage, brewery, and other sanitary storage applications.
